Does Stonk Rider use real stock price data?

Yes. US stocks, Hong Kong shares, European tickers, India, Canada, ETFs, and crypto use Yahoo Finance chart data. China A-shares use Eastmoney data. The app does not generate fake price tracks when an API fails.

How do Su and Gu explain the coin rules?

Su asks whether jumping over a red token still loses coins. Gu says no: coins are physical pickups now. Gold coins add only when touched, red penalty tokens subtract only when hit, and revives still cost coins.

How should beginners read candlesticks before playing?

Start with open, high, low, close, wick, volume, and timeframe. Stonk Rider turns the price path into terrain so beginners can feel trend, drawdown, and chop before memorizing patterns.

Why do A-shares and Hong Kong colors differ from US stocks?

US and most European markets commonly use green for up and red for down. China A-shares and Hong Kong commonly use red for up and green for down. Stonk Rider follows the local market convention.

What are avatar drops?

Avatar drops are optional cosmetic DiceBear pixel-avatar frames for leaderboards. They do not affect scoring or gameplay.

Is this financial advice?

No. Stonk Rider is for learning and entertainment. It helps users feel trends, volatility, and drawdowns, but it is not financial, investment, or trading advice.
